The LORD is good and great is His love for us!

I am so excited about the coming days and months just to see what the Lord is going to do next! Just last week we put our "For Sale By Owner" sign in our yard and listed it in the newspaper classifieds. No MLS listing through a realtor, no big marketing campaign, just trusting that a buyer will come. A family came and looked the first day, called the second day telling us they would submit an offer, and an agreed contract was accepted for our asking price! House: SOLD in just 4 days!




The last thing we had left to sell was our former recreational vehicle, the 1992 Chevy conversion van. I submitted an ad online through AutoTrader.com just yesterday afternoon. This afternoon I received my FIRST phone call on it. After a quick discussion about it, they drove 1 1/2 hours to look at it. Upon arriving, they looked and agreed to purchase. Several times I asked if they wanted to drive it first and each time they said it wasn't necessary and that it was exactly what they were looking for. They wanted to buy it for our asking price, not even trying to negotiate the price down! Van: SOLD in just 1 day!
